User Agreement
Access to and use of this website is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read the following terms and conditions closely before using our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website. Any use of the www.ybresort.com website, or written communication with Yashraj Beach Resort, for the purposes of travel arrangements/ accommodation, confirms that you are aged 18 or over and that you have read and fully accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are devised for the protection of all parties.
Booking Conditions
Yashraj Beach Resort's website is owned and operated by Yashraj Beach Resort , with offices located at Yashraj Beach Resort, Khalchi Pakhadi, Murud Beach, Dapoli, Ratnagiri - 415713. Customers are responsible for reading the terms and conditions including booking conditions which are available at www.ybresort.com/terms-conditions. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by Yashraj Beach Resort with whom you elect to deal. You understand that any violation of any such conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservations or purchases, in your being denied access to any hotels.
Booking Your Holiday
A booking is accepted only after we receive written confirmation from you along with full payment for accommodation and travel arrangements.
Child Policy
Yashraj Beach Resort will consider the following conditions as our Child Policy: 0 to 4.99 years old is considered as 'Infant' and will be FOC when sharing parents bed. If an extra bed is required, there will be an additional supplement as specified by the relevant resort. 0.5 to 11.99 years old is considered as 'Children' and the respective resorts Child Policies and rates will apply to them. 12 years old and above will be considered as 'Adult'.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are held in good faith for the arrival to the departure dates listed in the reservation system, at the rate specified at the time of booking. A full payment for your booking should be received by the Resort in advance of your arrival. You undertake that you are of legal age; that all details you provide as part of the booking process, payment process or any purchase on this website are correct; and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the accommodations and other products & services. Reservations may be cancelled if any of the above conditions cannot be met and verified. Any reservation made is not confirmed or held until replied with a Letter of Confirmation thru email by the Resort Reservations. Once a booking is confirmed and the guest does not occupy the room on the due date, the advance payment would be forfeited.

Identification
A valid passport for foreigners, and a valid government ID or valid passport for local residents should be presented upon check-in. A reservation may be denied without refund for any refusal or inability to present valid identification.
Photography and Filming
Photography is permitted as long as it is for personal use and not to be published in any other format. Photography and filming are not permitted in any other public areas of the resort aside from designated areas and should be under the supervision of the Resort's employee. A written approval from the Resort is required for commercial photography or images including trademarks or trade names.
Website Policies
The website may contain links to third party websites that may or may not have a contractual relationship with the Resort. The Resort has no control over these websites and accepts no liability for any content, damage or harm as a result of visiting these websites. We will not guarantee that any file or program available for download or execution from or via this site is free from any viruses or other conditions that may damage or interfere with hardware, software or data. We accept no liability for any damage or harm as a result of the use of this website or any files or pages linked from it.
Visitors
The Resort gates are closed for all visitors, including guests' visitors, bdivetween 11 pm and 7am every day. The Resort will not open the gates during this period, for any reason. Any checked-in guest who would want to stay out of the Resort at the afore-mentioned period must inform the Resort beforehand. Use of parking area is at the discretion of management and further conditions may apply.
